I have been an Amazon seller for about 8 years. I am not a big shot nor am I a small seller. For about 6 of these years i was retailing other brands, but as many of these brands started to become more restrictive of 3rd party Amazon sales, I had to move my business venture to manufacturing my own products.I ran into Manuel’s udemy course, for which i paid about 200-300 back in march 2017. With that course, i sourced two products in china over the course of 18 monts. I sourced other 7 products within the US, but Manuel’s course really opened the gates for me for overseas shipping, which can seem quite intimidating at first. He makes it very straightforward.This book and that course were the two tools I used to learn everything about shipping from Asia. All in all I spent about $305 on everything and now those two products yield about 50% of my annual income. Around a 187,000% return on investment/yearly.It does not matter wether he is trying to sell something on the book or not, there is still a lot of useful info here.Manuel explains in a very straightforward way and easy to understand. He speaks simple English which makes him super easy to follow, either in video or in writing. He recently launched the online income bible as well and it is an awesome primer on online income streams. I appreciate his work, for I have gotten a lot of functional knowledge from it and location and economic independence.

I wish Amazon would find a way to catch these books before they even get published.The author of this book Manuel Becvar lures with great phrases, "... We will show you how to turn an investment of 10,000USD into 33,000USD PROFIT!..." - importing from China. Since he wants to sell his course, he is trying to make things look as easy as possible, however he also wants to radiate expert status.One of the most interesting chapters for me: Shipping & Logistics. Becvar also offers his Masterclass Module 03: Shipping & Logistics. This must be a joke. I actually worked in International shipping for four years. I moved between 30 and 90 containers per months, year in and out, hence I can say with certainty - there is no such thing as a "master class."The whole section about figuring out shipping costs is misleading. Shipping costs change for various reasons, depending on the quantity and frequency of your shipment, availability of container space or LCL space, as well as time frame. Anybody who is serious about this is well advised to find a clever freight forwarder who will be able to come up with a best rate.Shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding are difficult skills that can't be covered in a masters class. It takes years in college or working in the field to learn them. I was not surprised that the book's link to COURSE 2: Certificates and requirements when importing from China to the US & Europe is a dead link.Becvar writes, "... I’ll walk you through all major regulations and requirements when importing to Europe and the US such as CE, RoHS, FDA, FCC or REACH" ...Hmm,... I wonder if he explains the problems that can arise when the Dept. of Homeland Security wants to inspect a container or an LCL. Don't think that it does not happen. It happened to my shipments about once per year.When Becvar repeatedly lures with great phrases, "... We will show you how to turn an investment of 10,000USD into 33,000USD PROFIT!..."I hope you remember the Legal Disclaimer at the beginning of the book: "...Neither the Author nor the publisher assumes any responsibility in errors, omissions, default, and negligence or contrary interpretation of the subject matter herein. The purchaser or reader of this publication assumes sole responsibility for the use of this published material..."Basically, the book is a sales vehicle for Becvar's course which is a violation of Amazon's "Kindle Direct Publishing Terms and Conditions."5.1.2 Content Requirements. ... You may not include in any Digital Book any advertisements or other content that is primarily intended to advertise or promote products or services.Apparently, Mr. Becvar is not successful enough in turning $10,000 into $33,000 so he wants to sell his course with this book. Plus, the book has a cheap cover. Which tells another story... (A decent prefab cover can be purchased for $200. I enjoyed this guide by Manuel as I am very new to the importing world and looking to learn from the ground up.. I thought the book had lots of helpful information on a wide list of topics that will help me on my journey in this business. The book says it's a complete beginners guide and this is exactly what I needed to get started. I am happy that it didn't have a bunch of over the top content that wouldn't prove to be useful at this stage in the game for me.Overall this was exactly what I was looking for and found the information really helpful and valuable.Great stuff!

At first I had doubts, as the introduction to this book sounds more like a sales pitch rather than an entrepreneurial guide. I believe this book was released as a sort of promo for their website/class. But with that said, there is no better guide for China to US import.I'm a beginner importer with great ideas and little experience. I had a great product, but I didn't know how to get it to North America. So I downloaded the top Chinese import books and did my research. Most of the books I downloaded were worthless. In particular, one book called, "Importing From China Easily and Successfully," was a complete waste of time. Other books were about finding investors and were irrelevant.If you are already experienced and want to learn more, this book isn't for you. But as a beginner, this book taught me more than anything else. I still reference it for advice. If you are a beginner importer, and you want to learn the nuts and bolts of importing, read this book.

I have read quite a few books on the subject of buying from China and selling through FBA, and I must say, that this book is one of the best I've read so far. It is literally full of very useful information.

Very interesting book and very useful for someone who knows nothing about importing from China. After reading this you will understand how the whole operation works. You will not be an espert that is for sure, but you will know how to go about importing from china to the US.

This book was a big help on my adventure of learning how to buy and sell products on Amazon.
